Questions and answers

Delivery

Expected delivery time is normally ten working days. We work with print-on-demand, which means that we only purchase and print goods when ordered.

During major holidays and vacation periods, delivery times may be longer than 10 working days.

In exceptional cases, an item may be out of stock with our supplier, which may result in a longer delivery time. If this occurs, we will inform you and offer options such as waiting, exchanging for another item, or canceling the purchase and getting a refund.

If your delivery does not arrive, you should first contact us at support@auroraprofil.se so that we can investigate the status of your order.

We are not responsible for shipping damage or lost packages, but we can help you file a complaint with the shipping company and investigate possible solutions.

When you contact us, always include your name and order number so that we can help you more quickly.

We currently ship all orders with DB Schenker and to your nearest DB Schenker agent. You will receive an SMS notification with information about where to pick up your package.
If you need your order quickly, for example for a birthday, we recommend that you contact us at support@auroraprofil.se before placing your order. Our normal delivery time is 10 working days, but during major holidays and vacation periods, delivery may take longer. We cannot guarantee a faster delivery, but we will do our best to meet your wishes. If it is not urgent, you can leave a comment in connection with your order, and we will try to process it as quickly as possible.

Once you have completed your order and paid, you should receive an order confirmation via email to the address you provided. If you have not received the confirmation, first check your spam folder or the Promotions tab (if you use Gmail), as order confirmations can sometimes end up there.

If you still cannot find the confirmation, double check that you entered the correct email address when placing your order. Should the problem persist, please contact our support at support@auroraprofil.se and we will help you.

Please note that it may take a few minutes before the order confirmation is sent, depending on the payment system.

Complaints

We do everything we can to ensure that your print is accurate and durable. Unfortunately, there can be human factors on both our side and the manufacturer's side that can lead to problems.

If the print comes off after a wash, it is a clear complaint and we will resolve it so that you receive a correct item.

Send an email to our support at support@auroraprofil.se so we can help you. In order for us to handle your complaint faster, please provide your order number and attach pictures of the defect, so that we can assess the damage and give you a quick solution.

An item must be complete upon delivery. If your item is damaged upon receipt and this has escaped both our and the supplier's control, we will of course help you receive a correct item.

If the item is damaged in transit, it should be submitted to your nearest shipping agent together with the packaging so that the damage can be registered.

To complain about the product, send an email to our support at support@auroraprofil.se. Please provide your order number and attach pictures of the damage and the packaging so that we can handle the matter as quickly as possible.

If your item broke upon first use, please contact our support at support@auroraprofil.se so that we can investigate what happened.

Our products are of high quality and should withstand normal wear and tear. If the damage is found to be due to a manufacturing defect or an original defect, you will receive a new product.

In order for us to handle your case as quickly as possible, please include your order number and attach pictures of the damage in your email.

We understand that ordering the wrong size can be frustrating. If the item has a personal print, such as a name, initials or number, it is not eligible for open purchase and unfortunately cannot be exchanged. This is because we print each item to order and cannot resell it.

If your item lacks personal printing and is unused and in its original packaging, we can offer an exchange for the correct size. You are responsible for the return shipping for the exchange.

Should your item have a personalized print, we will instead offer a 30% discount on a new order in the correct size. Contact our support at support@auroraprofil.se then we will help you further.

We are constantly working to update our range and always appreciate feedback from our customers. If you are missing a product in our store, please feel free to send a suggestion to our support at support@auroraprofil.se.

We cannot guarantee that all products can be added, but we are always exploring the possibility of broadening our offering based on demand.

We always prioritize high quality in our clothing. We don't sell the cheapest options, but carefully select garments that will last over time and that you can use even after many washes.

Our goal is to offer clothes that not only look good on first wear, but that you want and can wear over and over again. Therefore, our prices may be slightly higher, but we guarantee that you get quality that matches the value.

Most of our products follow standard sizes, but the fit may vary between brands and models. We recommend that you always consult our size guide before making your purchase.

Many people find that our junior sizes are slightly smaller than expected. If you are unsure about your size, we recommend choosing a size larger for a better fit.
